Background of the study: Librarians are required to adapt surrounding environment in all eras. During post-Covid-19 pandemic period, returning spirit offline learning by providing right information resources for users at school level is necessary. Improving competence librarians managing library one keys. Purpose: This study aims analyze how adaptively improve their competency pandemic. Method: research uses a qualitative approach and case method. Data collection techniques were using observation, interviews, documentation analysis. The validity data was tested source triangulation technique. presented reducing data, presenting drawing conclusions. Findings: librarian profession with competencies that develop adaptively. post-pandemic period includes general core competencies. General include operating computers, compiling work programs, reports. Improvement selection materials, acquisition sources, cataloging capabilities, maintenance improvement circulation services, reference retrieval, promotion literacy, use IT libraries, as well enhancement specific Competency carried out various ways: through training, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, seminars, workshops held online, hybrid, offline. As comparative studies other both online Conclusion: Online self-development activities still prima donna because they save costs time. In contrast, factor cost considerations.
